Dr. Antoine Chiha
Antoine E Chiha, DDS completed his undergraduate education at the College of Staten Island, New York and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1982. He went on to complete a four-year Doctorate of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry In 1987. Dr. Chiha completed a general Residency program at New York University via Bellview and Sloan Kettering Memorial hospitals. To further his dental education Dr. Chiha completed two additional years of Post-Graduate training in Prosthodontics at New York University College of Dentistry in 1990. Additionally, Dr. Chiha completed a two-year Post Graduate program in Implantology at New York University in 1993. Dr. Chiha has served as faculty to the educational program of the Department of Operative and Prosthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry from 1988-1996. He has also served as faculty to the Department of Prosthodontics at Lecom University in Bradenton, FL.
Dr. Chiha is a member of the Admissions Committee at NYUCD and is a fellow of the Northeastern Gnathological Society. Dr. Chiha has received several recognitions from the Congressmen of New York for his participation with the Medical Examiner during and after the 911 crisis in September 2001 and has received recognition of achievement from FEMA for his dedication in times of crisis.
When treating patients, Dr. Chiha spends most of his time listening to his patients needs and thoroughly explaining diagnosis and treatment planning. He is committed to providing compassionate and high-quality dental care for his patients. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, watching tennis matches, and doing yard work around the house.
